摘要
职业倦怠是指个体无法应付外界超出个人能量和资源的过度要求而产生的身心耗竭状态。学报编辑职业倦怠如果得不到及时、有效的调适,将会对学报质量和编辑的生活质量产生负面影响。学报编辑职业倦怠现象的产生有社会、学校、职业和个人四个方面的因素。学校不能简单地将学报编辑职业倦怠问题视为编辑个人事情,必须采取科学的、合理的管理方式,重视编辑倦怠问题,加以防范。编辑倦怠问题的产生、承受和化解是一个复杂的动态过程,需要社会、学校和编辑自身形成合力加以解决。
Professional sluggishness means the physically and psychologically exhausted situation that an individual cannot satisfy the requirements beyond his power and resources. If the professional sluggishness of university journal editing does not get regulation on time or effectively, it will affect the quality of the journal and the quality of life. This phenomenon has four factors, namely, society, universities, profession and individual. The university should not attribute the professional sluggishness to the editor's individual affairs; it should adopt scientific, reasonable administration to prevent editing sluggishness problem. The production, toleration and solution of the problem of editing sluggishness is a complicated developing process, and it need society, universities and editors themselves to take shape the forces together to solve it. From the angle of psychology, it can destroy a person's whole immunity when he is in sluggish situation for a long time. It affects not only the normal operation of work but also the individual life severely. Therefore, it must be prevented and must not be ignored.
