摘要
提出一种分析电力系统继电保护可靠性的新概念和算法,建立并依据相关工况概率模型,研究了基于马尔可夫模型的继电保护设备可靠性的求解;并将完好度作为一般继电保护系统可靠性设计优劣的判定标准,以便寻求最佳设计方案。举例说明该算法在3种不同继电保护系统设计方案可靠性分析中的应用,证明了该算法符合继电保护设计工况。
A new concept of and an algorithm for analyzing the reliability of protection in power systems are proposed. The probability models according to different working conditions are set up, on the basis of which, this paper studies the technique of quantitatively analyzing the reliability of equipment based on the Markov model. The intactness degree is regarded as the criterion for the reliability of protection. Three different designs of protection are given to demonstrate the proposed techniques. The result is in agreement with the actual design.
