Optimization technologies of auto-design of coatings

摘要 文章概述了国内外光学薄膜系自动设计方法的研究进展,对各类光学薄膜的优化设计方法进行了阐述,重点比较了阻尼最小二乘法、遗传算法和needle法;提出未来的膜系设计必将是多种优化技术相结合,在局部寻优中引入全局寻优,在全局寻优中加强局部寻优。 Three kinds of optimization methods of auto-design of optical coatings, which are commonly used,are introduced,including the damped least squares(DLS) method, the genetic evolution method and the needle optimization method. A comparison among these methods is made with an example. It is thought that coatings design in the future must be the result of combination of many optimization methods in which the global search is incorporated by the local search and the local search is strengthened in the glocal search.
