摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定了正常人及乳腺癌、宫颈癌、食管癌、肺癌患者血清中鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性。结果表明,肿瘤患者血清中鸟氨酸脱羧酶的活性升高,P＜0.05。其乳腺癌、宫颈癌、食管癌及肺癌的阳性率分别为:75.0%、63.6%、50.0%和42.9%。说明测定血清中鸟氨酸脱羧酶的活性对肿瘤的诊断有一定临床意义。
The serum ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity was deter-mined in patients with breast,uterine cervix,esophagus and lung cancers as well as healthy individuals using HPLC. The serum ODC activity in patients with cancer was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects. The postitive rates of ODC in patients with breast, uterine cervix, esophagus and lung cancers were 75. 0%, 63. 6%, 50. 0% and 42. 9% respectively. Determination of ODC activity may be helpful in clinical diagnosis.
