造血干细胞移植治疗自身免疫病机制研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 造血干细胞移植（HSCT）已用来治疗多种自身免疫病（AD），至2005年底已有近800例难治性AD患者接受了HSCT．目前欧美正在进行HSCT治疗AD的Ⅲ期临床研究。关于HSCT治疗AD的机制有很多假说．如“重建免疫系统”（reseting the immune system）、“逆转免疫时相”（turning back the immunological clock）、“减轻炎症负荷”（debulking of inflammatory load）。本文就近年来HSCT治疗AD的机制作一综述。
