摘要
在15℃、18℃、21℃、24℃、27℃、30℃6个温度条件下观察甘蓝潜蝇茧蜂的生长发育情况,记录卵、幼虫、蛹以及卵-蛹的发育历期,对实验数据采用直线回归的方法进行处理,结果表明:甘蓝潜蝇茧蜂卵、幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度分别为9.633℃、10.943℃和10.023℃,其有效积温分别为53.982日度、59.126日度和75.433日度,而卵-蛹全过程的发育起点温度为10.232℃,有效积温为188.62日度。根据回归分析得出了甘蓝潜蝇茧蜂的发育历期和发育速率的预测模型。
Four development periods of Opius dimidiatus were recorded at 15℃, 18℃, 21℃, 24℃, 27℃ and 30℃ respectively and the tested data were treated by the linear regression method. The results show that the development threshold and effective accumulated temperature of egg, larva and pupa are 9. 633℃ and 53. 982 d ·℃C, 10. 943℃ and 59. 126 d ·℃, and 10. 023℃ and 75. 433 d·℃ respectively, the development threshold and effective accumulated temperature from egg to pupa are 10. 232℃ and 188.62 d ·℃ respectively. The expectancy model for development period and speed of Opius dimidiatus is established by the linear regression method.
