摘要
采用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＯＤＳ色谱柱，以反相ＨＰＬＣ法同时进行依普黄酮的含量测定及相关杂质的检查，线性范围为２～１００μｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。本法简便，专属性强。
An RP-HPLC method for the determination of ipriflavone (IP) on a Shimpack ODS column is reported. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-0.1% aqueous solution of acetic acid (75:35). The 250nm was the detection wavelength. The linear correlation was 2～100ug/ml (r=0.9999).The method was convenient and selective.
