摘要
勤工助学活动是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要举措。由于主客观条件限制,勤工助学活动面临着岗位数量有限且层次较低等问题,可根据实际,采取转变工作理念、拓宽服务领域、提升服务层次等措施改善勤工助学活动。
Work-study program is an important approach to strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political education. However, due to the limitation of reality, work- study program is facing a lot of problems such as limited positions and low level. Therefore, various measures should be taken to improve work-study program by changing work concept, expanding service areas and upgrading service level to meet the need of the reality.
