摘要
激光冲击板料变形是利用高能脉冲激光和材料相互作用诱导的高幅冲击波的力效应使板料产生塑性变形的新技术。本文利用钕玻璃强激光对厚度为1,2mm的LY12CZ铝合金板料进行了激光单点冲击成形的实验。利用ABAQUS软件对激光单点冲击成形过程进行了数值模拟,探讨了激光冲击次数和板料成形之间的关系,得出它们之间的关系曲线,为激光多点冲击成形奠定了基础,以及为实现板料复杂形状的激光冲击成形提供理论依据。
The sheet metal deforming induced by laser shock peening is a new technique realized by laser induced shock wave on the surface of sheet metal. In this paper, the deforming experiments of LY12CZ aluminum alloy was carried out under one laser peening. Numerical simulation of sheet metal deforming process was done with the ABAQUS software. Some influenced factors to the results of deforming contour and magnitude were discussed. By the means of FEM technique, the laser process parameters can be optimized and the deformation contour of laser peening forming of sheet metal be predicted.
