摘要
无论是传统注重课堂知识灌输的教学方法还是目前应用型大学强调实际操作技能训练的培养模式,都不利于学生应用能力的发展。借鉴澳大利亚应用型人才培养模式及其成功经验,国内应用型大学应该重点培养学生应用基本理论解决实际问题的能力。为此,需要调整教师教和学生练的关系,把训练学生应用理论解决实际问题的各种练习放在教学的中心位置,同时要根据应用性标准精简教学内容,减少课程设置。
Neither traditional mode focusing on knowledge imparting nor present mode of application type universities emphasizing on technique training can cultivate real application ability. Learning from University of Southern Queensland, application type universities should foster the ability of using basic principles to settle practical problems. Therefore exercise should be put in the center position in college educational program. At the same time,teaching schedule should be arranged based on application criterion.
