摘要
运用描述性分析的方法对陕西省卫生人力资源分布现状进行分析,结果显示,陕西省卫生人力数量增长平稳,区域、城乡、职称结构不合理。对此,提出建议:深化卫生体制改革,健全卫生人力资源总量宏观调控与市场调节互相补充的新体制;对在职医师实行定期考核制度,不断提高卫生人才的素质,树立反映社会主义本质要求的价值观。
Analyzing the distribution of health human resource by descriptive method in Shanxi province, the authors found that the quantity of health human resource increased but the structure of the region and the professional title was imbalance. Some suggestion was put forward as follows: promoting health system reform to establish new management system for health human resource, assessing medical personnel regular to enhance their professional ability, and so on.
