简单阐述了图书馆勤工助学产生的根源,探讨了勤工助学给图书馆及读者双方带来的好处,并结合实际提出了有效管理勤工助学学生工作的建议。
This paper briefly expounds the origins of the producing of the work-study program in the library, probes into the benefits of the work-study program to both sides of the library and the readers, and connecting with the reality, puts forward some suggestions on providing the effective management for the work-study program of university students.
