摘要
在增敏剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺和活化剂α、α-联吡啶存在的条件下,以铜(Ⅱ)催化抗坏血酸还原偶氮氯膦mA褪色为指示反应建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。用固定时间法在554nm处检测催化反应,方法的线性范围为0~0.11μg/mL,检出限6.3×10^-11g/mL,相对标准偏差为3.6%。用于多种蒙药样品中痕量铜的测定。
A new kinetic photometric method for the determination of trace amounts of copper is established, based on the discoloring reaction of ascorbic acid reducing chlorophosphonazo-mA, which is catalyzed by Cu(Ⅱ) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and α. α-Dipyridyl. A fixed time method is used to monitor the catalytic reaction at 554 nm. The linear range is 0 - 0.11 μg/mL, the detection limit is 6.3 -10^11 g/mL and relative stardard deviation is 3.6 %. This method has been used for the determination of trace amounts of copper in many kinds of Mongolian medicines and the results obtained are satisfactory .
