摘要
本文介绍了近年来微藻培养中藻体生物量的获得及其生物活性物质提取和纯化的研究进展,为微藻活性物质的研究与开发奠定一定的理论基础。
Microalgae can be used to produce numerous high-value bioactivity materials. The low productivity of microalgae cultures in the production of high-value compounds is the most significant bottleneck. This article review some technologies of recovering biomass and separating intracellular products from microalgae culture.
