摘要
对商业化的热挤出成形的AZ31变形镁合金板料(厚度为1 mm,宽度为100 mm)的常温力学成形性能进行了研究。运用单轴拉伸测试方法研究了不同应变速率下板料的应力-应变曲线,以及分别与挤出方向成0°、45°、90°的板料的各向异性。挤出板料的屈服应力与最大应力随着应变速率的降低而降低,其塑性随着应变速率的降低而增加,最大伸长率可达25.41%。与板料挤出方向成45°时,塑性变形能力最高,而90°方向时最低。
The fonnability of the commercial hot-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy thin sheet (thickness of 1 mm, extrude width of 100 mm)at room temperature is investigated in this study.The uniaxial tension tests were carried out for various strain rates between 2.5 × 10^-5 s^-1 and 1.25 × 10^-2 s^-1, and the anisotropies in the directions of 0°, 45° and 90° to the extruding direction were also observed. The sheet has comparatively high formability at low strain rates. The yield stress and maximum stress both decrease along with the decreasing strain rotes, whereas the ductility increases in the same conditions and can reach a maximum elongation of 25.41%. The ductility reaches to the top point in direction of 45°, however, to the lowest point in that of 90°.
