摘要
由于钻井技术的进步和目前油气勘探开发的实际要求,深井、超深井所占比重不断增加,为了满足这种形势的要求,在普通井压裂酸化管柱强度设计软件的基础上,较全面地研究了深井、超深井以及分层压裂酸化管柱载荷的特点,综合考虑传统压裂酸化管柱设计方法、三轴应力设计方法等,完成了压裂酸化管柱优化设计系统的开发研究。它具有普通井、深井和超深井以及分层压裂酸化管柱配套设计等诸多功能,并且其输入输出操作简单,便于现场推广应用。
Based on the actual requirements of drilling technology progress and current oil and gas exploration and development,the number of deep well,ultra-deep well increases continuously. In order to meet these requirements, on the basis of fracture acidizing tube injection strength design software for normal straight well,the characteristics of fracture acidizing tube injection load for both deep well and ultra-deep well are studied,and design method of the conventional fracture acidizing tube and the triaxial stress is considered.The injection strength design software of acid fracturing tube is developed.The software possesses multifunction in acid fracturing tube optimization design for normal well,deep well and separated layer acid fracturing and its operation of input-output interface is simple, it should be widely used on site.
