摘要
目的：探讨提高药物咨询服务质量的措施。方法：对2002年～2005年我院门诊西药房药物咨询工作的记录进行统计、分析。结果与结论：加强临床药师的教育与培养、配置计算机药品查询系统、普及群众性药物知识宣传教育，有利于药物咨询服务质量的提高。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the measures for improving the quality of outpatient pharmacy of our pharmaceutical counseling servicc.METHODS： The records of pharmaceutical counseling service between 2002 and 2005 in hospital were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The quality of pharmaceutical counseling service can be improved by training pharmacists, facilitating computerized pharmaceutical inquiry system, and promoting mass education on pharmaceutical knowledge.
