摘要
目的:探讨提高药物咨询服务质量的措施。方法:对2002年~2005年我院门诊西药房药物咨询工作的记录进行统计、分析。结果与结论:加强临床药师的教育与培养、配置计算机药品查询系统、普及群众性药物知识宣传教育,有利于药物咨询服务质量的提高。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the measures for improving the quality of outpatient pharmacy of our pharmaceutical counseling servicc.METHODS: The records of pharmaceutical counseling service between 2002 and 2005 in hospital were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The quality of pharmaceutical counseling service can be improved by training pharmacists, facilitating computerized pharmaceutical inquiry system, and promoting mass education on pharmaceutical knowledge.
