摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱（RP．HPLC）法测定复方降脂滴丸中葛根素含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HIQsilC18V．（250mm×4．6mm，5斗m），流动相为甲醇．水（25：75），流速为0．8ml／min，检测波长250nm，柱温28℃。结果葛根素在谊条件下分离效果好，且阴性无干扰，在3．43—102．9μg，／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．99985）。结论该方法简便、准确。可做为产品的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Fufangiiangzhi Dropping Pills. Methods The sample is separated on Cis（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）with mobile phase of methanol-water（25： 75）. The detection wavelength was set at 250nm and the flow rate was 0.8ml/min. The column tempertrure was 28℃. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 3.43 - 102.9μg,/ml（r =0.999 85）. Conclusion This method proves to be simple and accurate, and available for the quality control of Fufangjiangzhi Dropping Pills.
