摘要
本文研究了从赤泥的盐酸浸出液中回收钪的工艺条件。以1%P507+煤油为有机相,相比O/A=1∶1,萃取时间15min,钪的萃取率达90%以上。用6mol/LHCl为洗液,洗涤有机相二次,水洗二次,洗涤相比O/A=3∶1。反萃剂为2N NaOH溶液,相比O/A=3∶1,反萃温度50℃。最终得到的富集物中Sc2O3的纯度为66.09%,富集了2600倍以上。
The conditions of extraction and back extraction were established through studies on solution of hydrochloric acid for solvent extraction of scandium with P507. The solution was extracted by an organic phase consisted of 1% P507^* kerosene, phase ratio of 1 : 1, extraction 15min. Extraction rate was over 90%. The organic phase was cleaned twice by 6mol/L HCI and water, phase ratio of 3:1. The organic phase containing scandium was striped by 2N NaOH, phase ratio of 3: 1, temperature 50℃. The rate of purity of resulting scandium oxide was 66.09%, concentrated over 2600 times.
