摘要
以芦丁为对照品,确定了以乙醇为溶剂的准噶尔马先蒿中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,在次条件下黄酮的得率为2.92%。用原子吸收分光光度法测定准噶尔马先蒿中的Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni、Co、Na、K、Cr等10种微量元素。结果表明:准噶尔马先蒿含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,通过本实验为准噶尔马先蒿的进一步研究和综合利用提供了新的科学依据。
In this paper, the rutin have been made as a comparing sample, confirmed the best collecting condition all of flavone's from Uighur medicine Pedicularis songorica Schrenk in ethanol solvent, By this condition, the obtaining rate of flavone' s 2.92 %. The paper analysis of some elements such as Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni, Co, Na, K, Cr in Pedicularis songorica Schrenk method of atom spectro detrmine analysis. The resuls is the Pedicularis songorica Schrenk has hass full of micro element which human body need. It provides new scientic foundation for futher study and general application of Pedicularis songorica Schrenk by this experiment.
