摘要
基于在碱性介质中,白藜芦醇对I-增强N-氯代丁二酰亚胺-鲁米诺化学发光体系的阻抑作用,建立了测定白藜芦醇的流动注射化学发光分析新方法。优化了流动注射化学发光的分析条件和探讨了反应的可能机理。测定白藜芦醇的线性响应质量浓度范围为2.5×10-9~8.0×10-8g.mL-1,检出限为6.3×10-10g.mL-1,用5.0×10-8g.mL-1的白藜芦醇标准溶液进行11次测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%。应用本法测定了虎杖、葡萄酒、葡萄皮样品中的白藜芦醇含量,结果满意。
A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method has been developed for the determination of resveratrol based on its inhibition of the chemiluminescence from the iodide - N-chlororsuccinimide - luminol system in alkaline medium. The possible mechanism of the chemiluminesce reaction and the optimum analytical operating conditions have been studied. The linear range of resveratrol determination is 2.5×10^-9~8.0×10^-8g·mL^-1 with a detection limit of 6.3×10^10g·mL^-1. The relative standard deviation(RSD) (n = 11 ) is 2.2% for 5.0×10~g·mL^-1 resveratrol. The method has been applied to determine the content of resveratrol in grape skin, grape wine and traditional Chinese medicine polygonumcuspidatum seib with satisfactory results.
