摘要
从强化各级领导的档案意识、提高干部人事档案工作人员业务素质、健全并贯彻各项规章制度入手,认真做好档案材料的收集、鉴定、归档、整理、保管、利用等工作,加快干部人事档案工作信息化管理的进程,使干部人事档案更有效地发挥应有的作用。
Starting with strengthening leaders＇ files consciousness at all levels, enhancing the professional qualities of the staffs for the cadres＇ personnel files and implementing all kinds of rules and regulations, the thesis expounds that personnel files should be earnestly collected, appraised, arranged, filed, taken care of and used to speed up the computerized - management process of the personnel files, which gives full play to the personnel files.
