摘要
研究分子蒸馏富集深海鱼油中ω-3脂肪酸的工艺方法。实验结果表明,采用MD—S80分子蒸馏设备,110℃,10Pa,进料流量为0.5g/min时对鱼油ω-3脂肪酸富集效果最好。通过二级分子蒸馏,可以得到总ω-3脂肪酸含量为63%,得率为13.46%的鱼油乙酯。
Technology of enrichment of ω - 3 fatty acids from fish oil with molecular distillation was studied. It is revealed that the best enrichment result can be obtained by using MD -S80 model distillation equipment at the following condition: distillation temperature 110℃, pressure 10Pa, and input flux 0.5g/min. The total content of ω - 3 fatty acids of the product and the product yield of heavy separator is 63% and 13.46%, respectively, processing with two stage molecular distillation.
