摘要
目的:综合评价颈椎前路减压钢板内固定对颈椎间盘突出症的治疗及其疗效。方法:对我院2003年7月～2005年9月收治的21例颈椎间盘突出症患者行回顾性分析。结果:术后随访3～6个月,平均5个月,所有患者均获得牢固骨融合。参照JOA标准功能评定,优17例,良2例,可2例,颈椎前路减压钢板内固定手术优良率为90.5%。结论:颈椎前路减压钢板内固定手术是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效方法,成功率高,并发症少,疗效满意。
Objectlve：To evaluate the curative effects of anterior cervical disseetomy and fusion with autograft and internal fixation with steel plate in cervical disc protrusion.Methods ：From July 2003 to September 2005 ,twenty-one patients with cervical disc protrusion were treated in-our institution and the data was analyzed retrospectively.These patients aged 41 to 59 years （a mean age of 46.4 years）were treated with anterior cervical disseetomy and fusion with autograft and internal fixation with steel plate.Results：The duration of follow-up ranged from 3 months to 6 months （mean 5 months）.All of them obtained arthrodesis postoperatively.Based on the JOA score, 17 eases were excellent, 2 eases were good, 2 eases were fine ,with an excellence rate of 90.5%.Conclusion ：Anterior cervical dissectomy and fusion with autograft and internal fixation with steel plate is an effective method in treating cervical disc protrusion,successful rates are high and complications are low, the patients can achieve good results.It has satisfactory clinical outcome.
