摘要
在对绿色产品进行分析的基础上,建立水利机械绿色设计的评价指标体系,提出基于数据包络分析的绿色设计评价方法。该方法首先构造虚拟产品,利用数据包络分析模型计算各产品的绿色度评价指数,并以此为依据判断产品的优劣;计算各产品在相对有效面上的投影,分析提高产品绿色程度的策略。以泵叶轮材料选择为例,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
On the basis of analysis of the green products of hydraulic machinery, the evaluation index system of green design of hydraulic machinery is established, and the evaluation method for the green design based on data envelopment analysis is proposed. Firstly, the method constructs virtue product. The green evaluation indexes are calculated using data envelopment analysis model, and the advantage and disadvantage of the product is judged. Then, the projection of project on the relative effective plane is calculated to study the countermeasures to improve the extent of green product. Finally, taking impeller material selection as an example, the method is proved feasible and effective.
