袁兆庄治疗火赤疮的经验 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结袁兆庄教授在中医皮外科的宝贵经验,观察单纯应用中药治疗大疱性类天疱疮(中医称之为火赤疮)的临床效果。方法在门诊的大疱性类天疱疮患者中,遵循中医辨证论治的原则,单纯应用中药完整治疗了5例患者。结果从患者的自觉症状、临床体征及辅助检查结果看,均取得了较好的效果。结论单纯使用中药治疗大疱性类天疱疮可以有效地控制病情,且临床疗效稳定不易复发,不良反应少,患者依从性好。
