摘要
根据不同离子的复合效应,研制了一种煤矸石WH-1高效复合活化剂,并初步探讨了在无熟料煤矸石粉注浆材料中的应用。研究结果表明,采用WH-1活化剂可有效激发煅烧煤矸石潜在的火山灰活性,显著提高煤矸石粉注浆材料早期强度,并可保证后期有较高的强度,能满足注浆材料对强度性能使用的要求。掺3%3d和28d强度可分别达到3.5MPa和9.4MPa。
According to compound effect of different ion, the preparation of WH-1 highly activator to burnt gangue was studied. Also, its application in grouting materials was studied. The experimental results show that the activator can effectively activate gangue activation to increase the initial strength obviously. When 3 % of the activator was added, the 3 d strength can reach to 3.5 MPa, and also assure that the material has higher late strength, the 28 d strength can reach to 9.4 MPa, which could satisfy the strength-performance demanding for grouting.
