摘要
浮头法兰是浮头式换热器中重要的受压元件,对它的设计国内外长期以来曾存在困惑。为此不少文献对其进行了研究,国外设计对此无所适从地采取消极方法,均未取得良好效果。文献[4]以数学方法一步求解最佳L_r,成功地实现了此类法兰的最优化设计,从而使浮头法兰设计摆脱了困境。笔者对文献[4]的原理及对其“数学上的分析相当复杂”问题的求解思路作分析说明。
The floating head flange in floating head ex- changer is a key pressurized component in the pressure ves- sels.A lot of scholars at home and abroad have studied on it for a sound design,but its design remains a puzzle.Off- shore engineers have tried some negative methods,which were all fruitless.In this article,various design methods introduced in hteratnres are discussed,and the optimum Lr is computed in one step by mathematical approach,thus successfully realizing the optimized design of floating head flanges.
