摘要
简述了基于GIS、GPS、GSM的车辆监控系统的工作原理和架构,探讨了实现车辆监控系统的关键技术:分控中心与通信服务中心的通信技术、GSM短信通讯和串口通信技术、地图匹配和定位显示等技术。这些关键技术在车辆监控系统的成功实现,会提高车辆和驾驶员的安全系数并加强了单位对车辆的管理和监督。
Based on GIS, GPS and GSM, the authors of this paper expound the operational principle and fabric of vehicle monitoring system, then discuss the key technologies of system realization, including communication technologies of distributed control center and service center, GSM short message communication and serial communication technology, map matching and position displaying and so on. This system has successfully accomplished in vehicle monitoring system, it should improve the safety factor of vehicle and driver, and strengthen administration management and supervision.
