摘要
目的了解某市不同级别医院胃镜清洗消毒管理现状。方法根据《河南省医疗机构内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范考评标准(试行)》制定调查方案对不同级别的9所医院进行现场调查。结果各级医院胃镜室均制定了相关规章制度,均严格执行职业暴露防护措施;有6所医院无独立清洗消毒室,5所医院未用流动水冲洗,未加酶洗。结论各级医院胃镜室均存在导致患者发生医院感染的隐患,应加强督查。
Objective To investigate the cleaning and disinfection of the gastroscopes in hospitals with different grades in a city. Methods The spot investigation in nine hospitals with different grades were carried out based upon the ＂Criterion of the operation technique of the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscopes in medical institutions of Henan province＂. Results Proper rules and regulations and preventive measures according to occupational exposure were made and strictly implemented, six hospitals had no separate cleaning and disinfection room, five hospitals didn＇t use rinsing and enzyme-washing method. Conclusion There is a potentiality of the occurrence of nosocomial infection in all hospitals, cleaning and disinfection of the gastroscopes need to be improved and reinforced.
