摘要
研究了在曲柄压力机上用镁合金板材冲压手机外壳的模具设计和工艺技术,以及坯料温度、模具温度、润滑条件等工艺因素对镁合金手机外壳冲压质量的影响。实验表明,在应用正确的模具结构和适当的工艺条件下,当坯料温度在250~300℃,拉深凸凹模温度分别为120-150℃和250~300℃及良好的润滑情况下,在曲柄压力机上能够成功冲压生产出镁合金手机外壳。
This article pays more attention to researching how to design punching moulds and optimize techniques during punching case shells of mobile telephone with magnesium alloy in the crank press. Besides, it also reserches how some technique factors, such as the blank temperature, mould temperature and the lubricating condition, influence the qualities of the case shells. Tests demonstrate if take the right mould structure and tehniques(the blank temperature and the cavity die temperature are about 350℃ ,and the lubricating condiion is good) ,we can punch magnesium alloy of mobile telephone in the crank press successfully.
