摘要
目的:对石菖蒲挥发油的化学成分进行分析。方法:气相色谱-质谱联用。结果:从石菖蒲挥发油中共分离出52种成分,鉴定了39种化合物,其中β-细辛醚的含量占了83.75%。结论:试验结果可为石菖蒲挥发油的合理利用提供参考数据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical composition from Acorus tatarinowii Schott in essential oils. Methods: G C -MS method was used. Results : Fifty - two constituents were isolated from Acorus tatarinowii sehott in essential oils and thirty - nine compounds were determined,the content of β-asarone is 83.75%. Conclusion:The result of the test has offered certain reference for rational utilization of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in essential oils.
