摘要
近年来,配电设备的数量和种类越来越多,使配电网故障点诊断越来越费时和困难,因此研制和开发了一个功能强大而且可以升级的停电管理系统。在分析配电网停电管理的内容和任务的基础上明确了配电网停电管理系统的功能以及与其它系统的连接关系,介绍了该系统的组织架构,并通过分析停电管理的工作流程,总结停电管理系统的优点。
The increasing number and varieties of distribution equipments in recent years have made distribution network troubleshooting more and more difficult and time-consuming. Hence a robust and upgradeable outage management system （OMS） has been developed. Based on the analysis of the content and task of outage management for distribution network, the function of distribution network OMS and its link to other systems are described along with the configuration of the system. With the analysis of the work flow of outage management, the advantages of the OMS are summarized.
