摘要
1999年8月初,昆仑山北坡诸河相继发生了罕见的特大灾害性洪水,尤其是位于和田地区的尼雅河出现了1969~2005年间实测最大洪峰流量649m^3/s,是该河历年第二大洪峰流量的3倍多。经调查、计算与分析,“99.8”洪水属特殊洪水类型,洪水暴涨暴落现象十分突出,同时,分析了此次特大灾害性洪水的发生过程特性及成因。
A rare catastrophic flood in history happened on many rivers in the North of Kunlun Mountain Successively in August 1999, expecially in the Niya River lying in Hetian region, attacted by the flood peak at the speed of 649 cube metres per second from 1964 to 2005, which was over three times. The flood in August 1999 was the special one by survey, calculation and analysis. The phenomenon was very obvious, taking the sand away to the plain oasis area of middle and lower reaches and causing too much loss of irrigation projects, ,tarmland and lives. Analyzing the cause, developmental process and characters of this rare catastrophic flood is of real significance for preventing, decreasing or avoiding the similar loss in the future.
