摘要
对2,4-二氯氟苯合成氯氟苯乙酮的乙酰化工艺进行研究,并对工艺中的影响因素进行了分析和实验,确定了合理的工艺条件。最佳工艺条件为:n(2,4-二氯氟苯)∶n(乙酰氯)∶n(三氯化铝)=1∶2·0∶2·5,在110℃反应1·5h,在120℃反应1h。在此最佳工艺条件下,产品收率为80·1%。
The acetylation technology of 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene to manufacture 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone has been studied. Analyzing the effects of operation conditions on the conversion ratio and etc. , the optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows : n (2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene) : n ( acetyl chloride) : n ( aluminum trichloride ) = 1 : 2.0: 2.5, reaction time is 1.5h under 110℃ and another lh under 120℃. Under the above-mentioned conditions the yield can reach 80. 1%.
