摘要
社会经济发展的各行各业为财会人才提供了广阔的就业场所和发展空间,就财会人才能力而言,社会的需求与学校的培养之间存在一定的矛盾。本文从培养的基本目标定位入手,在分析财会人才的运用经济法规、会计业务处理、财务管理、审计等四个方面的能力要求的基础上,提出相应的培养途径。
All walks of life under the social economic development provide broad employment places and developing space for the talents majoring in finance and accounting. As to their ability, there is certain contradiction between the social requirement and the school＇ s cultivation. The author puts forward the corresponding cultivating method, starting with the basic object orientation, analyzing four aspects of the abihty requirement , such as the application of economic raws and regularities, the handling of accounting affairs, the management of finanee and audit.
