摘要
目的:建立同时测定骨碎补类药材中新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以乙腈-0.4%醋酸水溶液(20:80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温为室温,检测波长为283nm。结果:样品中新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷平均回收率分别为100.1%和99.4%;新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷的线性范围分别为12~480μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)和10~400μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)。结论:该方法可用于骨碎补药材的质量控制,方法简便,准确,重现性好。
Objective:To develop an RP - HPLC method for the determination of neoeriocitrin and naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae. Methods:A Hypersil ODS2 column (5μm,250mm×4.6mm) was used with a mobile phase of aeetonitrile -0. 4% acetic acid (20: 80) and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and the column temperature at room temperature. Results:The recoveries of neoeriocitrin and naringin were 100. 1% and 99. 4% ,The linear range were 12 -480 μg·mL^-1 with a regression coefficient of 0. 9997 for neoeriocitrin and 10-400 μg·mL^-1 with a regression coefficient of 0. 9999 for naringin. Conclusion:The method described in this paper is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be applied to the quality control of Rhizoma Drynariae.
