摘要
作者用手针合谷穴、面咽止痛穴治疗颞颌关节肌筋膜疼痛－功能紊乱综合征，并制定了手针治疗该病的三级五条疗效标准。经过治疗患者下颌运动功能改善，疼痛减轻或消失，临床总有效率为９３．１％。作者推荐手针可作为治疗ＭＰＤ的首选方法。
The authors presented the clinical curative effects of treatment of myofacial main dysfunction syndrome (MPD) by acupuncture He Gu and Mian Yan points and created a criteria on evaluation of acupuncture treatment of TMJ- MPD including three stages and five groups. The results showed that acupuncture treatment relieved pain and improved the function of mandibular movement.The authors introduce that the acupuncture treatment is reliable.
