摘要
对北美红杉不同个体间插穗生根能力的试验研究表明:北美红杉不同个体间插穗生根能力存在着很大的变异性,其中生根率的变异范围在16%-100%,插穗的平均生根时间变异范围在39—110d;生根率与平均生根时间的负相关关系达到了极显著水平(相关系数r=-0.8466);对31个单株个体插穗的生根类型研究表明,有27个为以愈伤组织生根为主的类型,有4个为中间生根类型;插穗生根率随着生根类型多样性的增加呈现升高的趋势。
The experiment on rootage ability of various individuals' inter- inarching of Sequoia sempervirens shows that there is great variability existed in rootage ability among individuals. In detail, variability extent of rootage rate changes from 16% to 100%, and the average rootage duration is between 39 to 110 days. The negative correlativity of rootage rate with average rootage duration is extremely remarkable (correlation coefficient r = -0.8466). Experiment on rootage types of compared 31 various individual inarches reveals that 27 types belong to rootage by callus, and 4 types of rootage in - between. The rootage rate has potential to rise with increasing of diverse rootage types.
