摘要
通过对某三级甲等综合医院应用临床路径进行质量管理和费用控制的结果进行统计分析,结果表明实验组平均住院日缩短、住院费用降低、病人满意度提高均有统计学意义。说明临床路径管理模式能使病人得到高品质、低费用的医疗服务,有利于医疗规范化管理,但其在中国广泛实施尚受医院软硬件条件、医疗费用支付方式等诸多因素影响。
Statistic the result of quality management and expenditure control by using clinical pathway in a hospital. The average residency days and expenditures declined, but the degree of satisfaction of patients rose. The clinical pathway model can lead to high quality and low expenditure of medical care, which is better for the standardization of medical management. But the broad application will be influenced by many factors.
