摘要
温度在生产实际中是一个重要参数,介绍利用微型机及单片机组成两级炉温控制系统的控制原理,硬件结构和软件设计。上位机采用微型计算机,通过显示器很直观地观察到整个控制过程温度的变化曲线,以及改变控制参数对系统的影响。下位机以MCS 51单片机为控制核心。利用串行口实现异步通信。本系统应用于实训教学,实践表明效果较好。
Temperature is a key parameter in the practical manufacturing process, this paper introduces the control principle,hardware structure and software design of the temperature control system,which applied microcomputer and computer of single chip. The up - device is used by a microcomputer, the whole control process is observed obviously by changing curve showed on monitor, and the influence of parameter changing on the system can be demonstrated also. As a key point, the down -device is controlled by a single chip computer. It uses serial - port to realize the asynchronous communication. This system has applied in practical teaching course,the result proves a good performance.
