摘要
为了提高衣康酸发酵产量,我们制备了衣康酸土曲霉原生质体和柠檬酸黑曲霉原生质体,并进行了融合,以融合子为起点,进行诱变和筛选。实验结果表明,这种方法既简易又有效。
In order to improve the product of itaconic acid by fermentation, we first fused the protoplast of Aspergillus terreus and Aspniger, and them mutated and screened the fusant. The method of protoplast fusion was proved a simple and efficient way to improving the product ofitaconic acid.
