摘要
金融控股公司作为金融业多元化经营的一种新的载体面临着内部利益冲突与外部利益冲突。为此,必须设置防火墙,以阻止资本、人员、信息的不正当流动以保证金融安全;同时必须使防火墙不过于厚实,以保证金融控股公司多元经营所带来的经济效益。鉴于我国金融业发展现状,我国仍应实行较为严格的防火墙制度。
Financial holding company, a new carrier for diversification of financial industry, faces the problem of interest conflicts inside and outside the industry. This paper focuses on the conflicts and its firewall system. At last, this paper gives some suggestions about the firewall system in our country.
