摘要 研究目的:找出面店三号隧道坍方的原因,为制定坍方处理方案寻求科学的决策依据,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。研究方法:对工程地质、设计情况、施工方案及过程、坍方后的综合物探结果进行深入的分析和研究,对拟定坍方处理方案的施工力学行为进行模拟计算分析和研究,对坍方处理的实施及优化情况进行论述。研究结果:分析认为工程地质复杂是发生隧道坍方的主要原因,机械地按行业规定要求施工而没有及时施作二次衬砌是发生隧道坍方的重要原因,论证了坍方处理方案是可靠的、其措施是充分的和有较大安全储备的,说明了坍方处理是成功的。研究结论:防止隧道坍塌要加强地质勘探及地质预报,要正确认识及有必要适时修改相关施工规定,应强化隧道施工防坍意识及果断、及时处理施工中出现的问题,重大技术方案应建立科学的决策机制。 Research purposes: The purpose was to find out the causes for the collapse of Miandian Tunnel 3# to provide the scientific decision's basis for working out treatment scheme and for reference to similar construction. Research methods: The analysis and research were made on engineering geology, design, construction and the result of comprehensively physical exploration after collapse. The analysis of simulation computing and research were made on the behaviour of engineering mechanics for treating collapse by drafted scheme. The situations of collapse treatment and optimisation were presented. Research results The main reasons for tunnel collapse were found out through analysis, namely due to complicated engineering geology and no laying secondary lining. It was demonstrated that the scheme of collapse treatment was reliable and treatment measure was complete with high safe level. It was shown the treatment of collapse was successful. Research conclusions: It was necessary to strengthen geological exploration and prediction, modify the relevant construction rules in time, solve the problems existed in construction in time and establish scientific decision's system in order to prevent the collapse happening.
