摘要
[目的]评价常规基础免疫接种率监测结果。[方法]对聊城市2005年常规免疫接种率报表进行估算接种率、差值(D值)评价、比值(R值)评价。[结果]2005年“五苗”常规免疫报告接种率BCG为99.66%,OPV为99.69%,DPT为99.48%,MV为99.16%,HBV为99.67%;估算接种率BCG为85.93%,OPV为85.58%,DPT为82.48%,MV为81.15%,HBV为77.29%。报告接种率经D值评价,BCG、OPV属于可疑,DPT、MV、HBV属于不可信;经R值评价,R3为可疑,其他为可信。[结论]聊城市常规基础免疫报告接种率可信度较低。
[Objective]To evaluate the routine fundamental immunization surveillance system of Liaocheng in 2005. [Methods]To analyze and evaluate estimated inoculation rate,difference evaluation （D）, ratio＇evaluation （R）. [Results]The reported basic inoculation rates were 99.66% （BCG） ,99.69% （OPV） ,99.48% （DPT） ,99. 16% （MV） ,99.67% （HBV） . The estimated basic inoculation rates were 85.93% （BCG）, 85.58% （OPV）, 82.48% （DPT）, 81.15% （MV）, 77.29% （HBV）. According to the difference evaluation （D） of reported rates,BCG, OPV were doubtful; DPT, MV, HBV were unauthentic,according to the ratio evaluation（R） of reported rates,R3 was doubtful and others were unauthentic. [Conclusion]The reported inoculation rates in Liaocheng were less believable.
