摘要
对纸浆漂白用木聚糖酶选择性合成的研究现状进行了较全面的总结和评述。系统地介绍了木聚糖酶的酶源和木聚糖酶的多样性以及碳源、培养温度、pH值和碳氮比等培养条件对合成木聚糖酶和纤维素酶的影响,提出了调控这些培养条件选择性合成低纤维素酶活的木聚糖酶,以使木聚糖酶更好地在纸浆漂白中应用。
The present situation of research on selective synthesis of xylanases for pulp biobleaching was reviewed in detail. The enzyme source of xylanase, multiplicity of xylanase, and the effect of cultivation condition such as carbon source, cultivation temperature, pH value and ratio of carbon to nitrogen on the synthesis of xylanases and cellulase were systematically discussed. In order to use the xylanases in pulp biobleaching effectively, carefully control of these cultivation conditions for the synthesis cellulase-poor xylanases was recommended.
