摘要
偏瘫临床分为偏瘫急性期、偏瘫痉挛期、相对恢复期、偏瘫后遗期。针灸、康复应根据不同临床分期采用不同治疗。痉挛期为针刺康复治疗的关键时期,运用针刺运动和循经推拿疗法加强阴经治疗,防治关节挛缩、变形,恢复肢体的主动运动。
Hemiparalysis clinically can be divided into acute, spasm, comparative recovery and sequelae stages. Acupuncture and moxibustion and recovery should be differently administered under different stages. Spasm stage is the key time for the recovery treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, i.e. the voluntary exercise of preventing contracture of and deformed joints, and recovering the normal limbs by applying acupuncture and collateral massage to strengthen Yin collateral treatment.
