摘要
用水作主溶剂,通过磷酸系和螯合物等多种添加剂的共同作用,成功开发出可用于超低阻抗电解电容器的超低电阻率工作电解液,该电解液的电阻率为7~10?·cm。将此电解液用于6.3V,1000μF电解电容器中,制得的电解电容器具有超低阻抗(≤8m?),低漏电流,105℃贮存1000h无异常,且105℃寿命在2000h以上,可取代进口电解液用于工业生产。
A design of working electrolyte for super-low resistivity aluminum electrolytic capacitors was introduced. At least one phosphate ion producing compound and a chelating agent were added using a solvent largely composed of water. Such an electrolyte has a super-low resistivity of 7~10Ω·cm. It had been tested in capacitors (6.3 V, 1 000 μF) and the results are satisfactory. An aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprising such an electrolyte has super-low impedance (≤8 mΩ), low leakage current, excellent high-temperature characteristic for 2 000 h under load and 1 000 h under no load, at 105℃. The electrolyte introduced would substitute import working electrolyte in industrial production.
