大熊猫乳汁水解氨基酸含量的测定分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Hydrolyzed Amino Acids in Giant Panda Milk

摘要 收集了一只16岁圈养大熊猫产后d2,d3,d5~9,d11,d12和d17的乳汁样品各1个共计10个,并测定了其17种水解氨基酸(AA)的含量.结果表明,所有样品中Glu的含量最高,其次是Leu、Pro、Asp、Ser等,Gly含量最低.产后d2~d6的乳汁样品中AA含量稍有波动,除Gly和Cys外,其余含量从d7~d17呈逐渐升高的趋势;除Thr和Gly外,d12或d17乳汁样品中其余AA(d12乳样中Asp除外)的含量都高于d2的含量.d2~d6乳汁中Thr、Gly、Phe和Asp与总AA的比值极显著和显著高于d7~d17的(P〈0.01和P〈0.05),而Glu、Pro和Ala(都为非必需氨基酸)比值极显著和显著低于d7~d17的(P〈0.01和P〈0.05).乳汁中非必需氨基酸与必需氨基酸比值(NEAA/EAA)平均值为1.55±0.05,NEAA和EAA都有随泌乳天数延长而逐步升高的趋势. Ten milk samples were collected from a 16-year old captive giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) on d 2, d 3, d 5, d 6, d 7, d 8, d 9, d 11 , d 12 and d 17 after parturition, and the contents of 17 hydrolyzed amino acids (AA) from the samples were tested. Result showed that the content of Glu was the highest, followed by Leu, Pro, Asp and Ser,and that of Gly was the lowest. In the milk of d 3, Cys and Met remained at the same level as in that of d 2, but all other AAs dropped below the level of d 2. From d 3 to d 6, AAs contents varied. AAs contents tended to rise from d 7 to d 17, except Thr and Gly, while the contents of other AAs in the milk of d 12 or d 17 exceeded that of d 2. The ratios of AAs contents to total content of AA varied along the lactation period to different extents, and the ratios of Thr,Gly, Val,Phe, Lys contents to total AA content of milk in d 2 to d 6 were higher than those from d 7 to d 17 and some even reached significant level ( P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01 ). Total content of all non-essential AAs (NEAAs) in milk was (3.73 ± 0.43 ) % , that of EAAs was (2.41 ± 0.25 ) % and mean valve of NEAA/EAA was 1.55 ± 0.05.
