摘要
改革开放以来,新疆农业与农村经济取得了巨大的成就,农业生产条件明显改善,农业生产力得到长足发展,农业连续25年获得丰收,农民收入稳步提高。但新疆地广人稀,农业发展潜力非常大,因此,研究新疆农业投入的实际效果有着重大意义。
Since the reform and openinqg- up, great achievements have been made in agriculture and rural economy in Xinjiang. The conditions of agricultural production have been improved obviously, and agricultural productivity gets considerable development. Agriculture has had a big harvest for 25 yeats in succession, and farmers＇ income are raised steadily. Since Xinjiang is a scarcely populated area, so its potential of agricultural development is very great, therefore, a study of actual effects of agricultural inputs is of great importance in Xinjiang.
